A UK SME specialising in language research, development and consultancy, have worked for over 8 years, producing products for improving communication skills for SMEs and thus have extensive experience of promoting products to this sector. They are consultants to UK Trade and Investment's national Languages for Export Campaign and their client list includes UKTI (previously Trade partners UK), Regional Development Agencies, Learning and skills councils and CILT-the National Centre for Languages.

The company has extensive experience of managing European Projects and were promoters and coordinators for the PROTOCOL project and were coordinators of the Protocol 2 project. Professor Hagen (Professor of applied Languages) also led the European Projects FLAIR, ELOQUENT (Lingua) and ELUCIDATE (Leonardo) and has published extensively in the field of language needs analysis. He is editor and author of Communication Across Borders (the Elucidate Report) and consultant to the National Languages for Export Campaign, which developed the Export Communications Review (ECR) in the UK.

They will enable knowledge transfer from Protocol 1, develop content with BCC, and liaise with the UK agencies and user organisations that have offered support. They will be responsible for planning dissemination and promotion of the project in the UK and on a European scale.
